Last day! Help need opinion Please

Hi all, Help, tomorrow is my last day of the 14 days to return my Photon, it has been working well....TILL today startred just turning off and the only way to turn it on is pull the battery and restart. Got it at best buy and tomorrow Monday, is my last day to return it, whats the chance of getting a better phone from the same store? Don't know what to do and this 14 day return thing puts the pressure on, ant suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

(I always get my phones thru Sprint and keep insurance on them for a least a few months.)

What kind of standard $0 warranty do you get from BB? More than 14 days? Knowing BB, they of course offer an extended warranty - how much do they charge for it?

I think your chance of getting a better replacement Photon is at least as good as odds of a different problem with a different phone.

My personal data point - I've had mine for most of a month and no problems.
