Latest Developer Preview Replaced- Why???

The Android Developer Preview site has removed the updated Android L preview download (lpv81c) and replaced it with the original (lpv79). What happened?

Might have been issues with newer preview and they took it down to prevent people from having a buggy device.

Some visible differences between 79 and 81c? 79 is little buggy too..
