How can I make 100% sure im running latest stock everything. (Rom, version....) from Verizon on my droid x?

Go to settings -> about phone -> system updates. If it tells you your device is up to date, then you are on the latest software Verizon has put out.

Sorry, I know how to check on the phone but I was hoping for a site that lists the most current roms for various devices
