Latest Uodate and MultiWindow Labs

So after the latest ATT update on the Fold 3, if I have the labs option for the status bar to be hidden in mutliwindow, the edge panel bar disappeared and becomes unselectable after I open a splitscreen. This makes adding a third app to the mutli-app splitscreen impossible. Anyone else able to verify this?

You should still be able to add a 3rd app by opening the Multitasking menu (left button). When you swipe up from the bottom to make the navigation buttons appear, does that not show the side panel back?
