VerizonWireless is now pushing out the update for the Galaxy Nexus that was needed before it could be released... What does that tell you![]()
Now will we please stop the rumor of a "quiet" release? Verizon knows they are getting a buttload of contracts by releasing this phone; they aren't stupid.
Well, "quiet" to me means that they're not advertising, but just releasing it without marketing and just posting a press release the day of or only shortly before. So far, this seems to be a quite release.
Did anyone notice that any demo that references "Settings" points to the "E-Mail" application instead? Whoops!

In the SF Bay Area here, just got back from a Verizon Corp. Store to sniff around...found out the launch is pretty much a go at this point for tomorrow and the specific store I went to had 70 phones in stock.....needless to say I will be there bright and early, 1 block from my work.....now lets see if all this really happens lol....cheers good luck and at the end of the day remember it is just a PHONE, lol....

which store by chance was this at? I just called the store on Van Ness in SF and they had no idea what was going on with the phone.
