The link that says" Red Clockworkmod recovery" In post 1 does not download correctly, It says it's 7.1 mb but it downloads in 1 second and is just white. When I load it to odin it says there is nothing in the file. Please help or give another link to download this, THANKS!

@Cory. Haze does sound a little distorted on mine. Kinda like it's overpowering the speaker, but turning down notification volume doesn't make a difference.

That's what I'm experiencing too, and so is Chris. Does it have anything to do with the Kernel we are using?

Also, if you have a few minutes I totally rewrote post 1 including your battery pull suggestion. If I wrote anything wrong, I would appreciate the feedback.

does this happen when you are trying to change sounds for email/gmail? I have the same issue previewing the sound, but it sounds fine when the notification comes through.

DroidXcon Did i mention i bit off way more than i could chew on this one, to answer a few of the above questions No i didn't disable lagfix in red CWM nor did i really have a full understanding about rooting prior to install other than the little bit i did with my Old moto droid. Tho i am a SA in real life Programmer i am not and unfortunetly i live and die by the droid working in DC

First post looks good Cory. Much clearer for the people that aren't too familiar with the process. Only thing I'd add would be to also choose to clear cache in recovery when clearing data to fix FC issues. That was the only way I got mine straightened out.

No it does not. You can do the normal press then hit the mic button on the top right of the search screen, or click on Voice Search in your app drawer.

AppBrain, back a few pages did finally load for me. I wonder if the WiFi at work affected my downloads? That was about the only diff. I noticed that AppBrain saw my phone as a different device so I had to add all the apps from my "phone" to my "Samsung Fascinate" guess I'm official now!

HAZE sounds fine on my phone!

OTA Froyo... I never could install the DL09 OTA so I gave up and used ODIN, and never had any problems. I think maybe I'll avoid the OTA updates and go with the experts here ;-)

Besides accuracy problems, the program itself doesn't have any issues with FC's or anything. I'm thinking about reinstalling Vlingo instead.

Ok so I downloaded " Red Clockworkmod recovery" and pull up ODIN, hold down volume button and plug in phone, Big yellow triangle shows up, click PDA and click to open this red clockwork recovery file and it says, invalid image type, so I click ok and hit start anyways and it says check files and does nothing, What is goin on???

Why would anyone not use vlingo? I've stuttered in the middle of writing long e-mails with it, and just repeated what I messed up, then it fixed it. It was incredible. Vlingo is the smartest voice recognition I've ever used. Makes google voice commands seem like the ones they used before motorola got in on it.

I personally think DL09 is history I wouldn't be surprised if there was OTA update for Froyo in the next 1-2 weeks.
