Are they the same? I ask because I haven't received the update yet.

Not positive about the Bionic but i've installed several leaked updates on my Thunderbolt. They are exactly the same. The only problem with the leaks is that they are full installs and will wipe your phone back to factory settings, meaing you'll lose anything saved on your internal memory. Other than that, they are the same. I've installed leaks and then received the next official updates with no problems.
