LED indicator color by app

I've been able to find out how to change the colors for general alert indicators and charging status, but I thought there was a way to set a color for a particular app. I see the app-based controls for whether an app generates a notification, but nothing about the color of the notification. Maybe I made this capability up? Anyone know if it can be done and how, if so?
