Led is not working for Easy screen in S6 Edge, how can I fix it?

Led is not working for Easy screen in S6 edge

I have updated my mobile from Lollipop to Marsh mellow and ever since my mobile is a bit unstable. The direct call feature was not working and I had to reset my device to make it work again. Now the Led is lighting up when I wave my hand over the screen for the Easy screen to work whereas the screen is turning back on but no change in the LED.
It was working fine earlier and LED was lighting up once I wave my hand over the screen.
