Left side of the screen is dead, help seriously needed!

I have no clue what to do, and I'm in quite a panic right now.
The entire left side of my phone is dead, including the home and menu button.
I can't really afford taking it in to Sprint, so is there any way I could fix this myself?

I dropped it earlier, and the screen was a bit off before this happened.
Ugh, this just isn't good. Any of you have any tips?

Sounds like you ruined the digitizer. Are there any cracks on the screen?

Nope, the physical appearance outside is completely fine. There are no cracks or scratches, looks brand new.

Sorry about the late reply, but I have a couple guys that can probably help out with that.

I have no clue how they would do that, though; I'm not the best with phones, break 'em all the time.
It would be like hell if someone left it up to me to fix one.

There are guides of how-to on YouTube. And its best to have someone who works with phones more to do it. Long story short, my other Vivid is just parts now.
