I thought 5G was 1,000 Mbps+
Don't know if this is been asked or brought up but if you're running a 5G speed test, do you have a 5G sim card in your phone? That might make a difference in your tests.
Hi, you have to subscribe to a 5G plan with your carrier. Same SIM card that works with 4G LTE should then pick up 5G as long as your phone has the 5G radios... Like the S20+ or UltraYea
My buddy has a Iphone, and on Tmobile. It showed him something about 5G on his phone. And he was telling me How good it worked.
I said Iphone has decided that you don't need a 5G service in your phone.
And you don't have a 5G sims in your phone.
So how can you get 5G service.

Is the S20 unlocked or Att branded? You guys are getting good speeds on AT&T? I picked up the S20, and my video buffers, and I actually dropped a few calls in places where I never have a problem. It shows full bars and 5 G, and I'm only getting around 10-15 for speed. I pop the sim and put it in my old phone on 4G, and get 50 to 60. I put a call into AT&T, and got the old, you'll hear back from us within 24 hrs and my supervisor will also give you a call tomorrow. I haven't heard back in 3 days, so needless to say, I'm returning the S20 and going back to my S9.
