While the Pixel 6/Pro takes incredibly sharp, detailed photos, I cant help but think so many are just a little over exposed for the sake of pulling all the detail out of shadowy parts of the frame. Anyone else think that?

I can't say that I've seen any overexposure. One of the main hallmarks I've noticed about Pixel shots is that they tend toward the warm side -- i.e., almost orange/burnt sienna.
