Lovely! Looks so refreshing!
What a gorgeous shot and wonderful day. I've not been there in years and generally for backcountry skiing.
WOW! Beautiful!
Hey, no fair, you can't just steal a postcard shot for this thread!
So how was the final result? Is the recipe a keeper? It is not sausage but almost as messy. The beginning of Osso Buco. I saw the recipe and could not resist. Here's hoping we're not disappointed. She's coming over to do gardening, well, weeding, actually and I'm serving lunch.

We liked it but it might have needed something. The gremolata was a bit harsh. Also, it probably could have used an extra two hours in the oven. Second night I had it and it was excellent after having been given extra time in the oven. This as Milanese style - not a red sauce. A definite bit of prep with the dicing and browning but then it gets tossed in oven. But veal shanks (if you find them politically almost correct) are a tad pricy. So how was the final result? Is the recipe a keeper?
Sometimes loading pictures is a bit tedious if you want the order to remain "correct."Wow! Yummy! Love the sequential shots!
What scenery! Looks like you had a great time!Today's epic (epic for me) 45 mile ride in Eastern Washington. Cle Elum to Thorp and back in an elongated loop. It warmed to mid 80's (27C) to low 90's.

I was a bit spent by the end. But, I guess, like many states we have some fairly unique attributes. With the lush green forests and ocean and Puget Sound of Western Washington to the rather dry scrub brush and occasional pine trees and desert of Eastern Washington. It was a nice change of pace. What scenery! Looks like you had a great time!
