Level u headphones and S7 Edge

[AC Question]

Hi, I've been using the cellphone with this headphones all ok but every damn time someone call me and the headphones are linked the sound profile changes from silent to noise brick and it's really bothersome, how can I disable that or create a custom profile so only the headphones vibrate or something like that but no sound at all from the phone.

I know maybe its a dumb configuration question but I haven't found it, so any help will be much appreciated.

Seems it was a "bug" with the version of Samsung Level I was using, cuz I updated it restarted the phone and now the problem is solved ._.'
