So my GPS is fixed but LG damaged the chin with several scratches chips and a dent. The whole area around the charging port is missing paint. I think the GPS module is part of the chin but I'm actually wondering if they sent me someone else's chin because this chin sits very even on both sides or they are able to adjust the gap.
So I called to complain and the first response was to mail the phone back. I told them no way was I going to do without a phone for another 2 weeks. The LG rep wouldn't budge but I asked to speak to a supervisor....never got one. Then the rep was going to have me send a picture but in the end she agreed to escalate the issue and put in a request for a replacement chin. Hope they do the right thing.
