For me it's gonna come down to feel, I think.
That said, I'm going to have to wait for more than a rough teaser render. But I still think round is the way to go.
To me the wireless charging of the 360 is a big draw, especially if the charger is included, works as advertised and the watch really sells for 250.

Do we know if it qi or not yet?

There are pics of the back that indicate it is plastic to facilitate wireless charging, there is no USB plug or any other charging connectors on the watch, and there were pics posted of the wireless charger. Google it to see the pic.

Oh yeah I know its wireless charging, I was meaning what type of wireless. Qi, qualcomm standard or something else new.

Yea... It's Qi... A FCC test report outed the moto 360's wireless charger and protocol standard a while back.
Well, I'm currently using the Sony Smartwatch 2, and for me it's a big feature that the screen can stay on all the time... i don't mind charging it everyday just as long as i dont have to press a power button to activate the screen... Could anyone tell me how the Moto 360 deals with it's screen and how it's activated?

I believe always on is a feature of the g watch. Anyone with a Gear live able to confirm if they have the same setting? As the Moto 360 (and LG R for that matter) are both android wear watches, the always on setting should be controlled by the android wear app. Screenshot below... If it's ticked on, the screen "should" stay on.

No way I'd own the LG if they don't add an ambient light sensor to control screen brightness.
