I've been on several other forums and I know that this is a common problem. I heard rumors of LG replacing it directly rather than going to Verizon and having to go through them. Is this true? It's been a couple of months now, and I can't listen to music. Is my warranty void if I cleaned my Jack out with some solution and a q-tip? Also, if I do get it replaced, will it be free?
