LG G2 running JellyBean 4.2.2 ZVA

I have a sprint LG G2 32GB. It comes with jellyBean running 4.2.2. I tried to download the Kitkat OTA and flashed it but after restart im back to jellybean. i tried many times but same problem. How to resolve his ? i want to update my device to Kitkat.

Is your device currently rooted? If it is, then that could be a reason why the device is not accepting the update. Restore to stock and try again.

device is not rooted at all. I did the hard reset from settings but still unable to update it :S
