LG G2: what keyboard do you use?

Swiftkey for a long time - although I did use the LG keyboard for a while - not too bad.

Long time SwiftKey user, but have been using Fleksy for the past few months. It is simply much better in my opinion, the swipe left to delete / up and down to change words is simply brilliant, and no other keyboard comes close to that easy function. Also it is lag-free unlike SwiftLag.

I use the go keyboard cause of the themes and colours, I like bright and pretty, but find the go keyboards a bit buggy when I type to fast it breaks up the words and comes up with it's own gibberish, also doesn't save my words, are there any other keyboards that are very customizable but not limited to swipe typing? Don't like the whole swiping thing, as I'm completely useless at it!

I really like the stock LG keyboard for the numbers across the top... but the dealbreaker for me is how it backspaces when you hit quotes or hyphen etc....

If anyone knows how to make it stop doing that let me know. I've tried everything I can think of including ditching it for Swype which I've been using and like.

Would still go BACK to stock LG keyboard if it didnt backspace at those times.

Yeah I like the numbers row on the LG keyboard, but the way it does punctuation is a bit weird for me. I just realized that Swiftkey has an option for a numbers row, so I installed that and I'm going to use it for a while. On my old phone I started to have lag with it, but if I don't run into that issue I may stick with it.

SwiftKey here I always used the Google keyboard in the past but gave SwiftKey a try when it hit Google play for free. I love it I am able to type faster and with fewer mistakes. I really like the themes they offer too maybe a little simple but very effective.

I've been getting annoyed by the swiftkey autocorrect. It seems as if, until it gets used to the words you use, it's always going to switch any acronym, jargon word, or anything unconventional to what it thinks a normal word is. And then any time you type something new, it's still going to overwrite it with what it thinks you meant, which will be wrong. In a way, it seems like a scheme to make you stick with them, because you don't want to waste the "learning" that the software did about your vocabulary.

I dunno...I like the look and feel of it...I guess I'll stick with it for a while. Getting kinda annoying though. The less automated LG keyboard was actually more accurate and less time consuming for me.

The Android L keyboard is up on the Play Store. I'm giving it a try. Seems fine and looks nice, although it doesn't have a dedicated numbers row. I also don't see a way to manually minimize it. Seems less overbearing about autocorrect than Swiftkey though, which IMO is good.

I've always used the Google Keyboard and now that the Android L Keyboard is or, I've switched over to that and am loving it. It's very fast and pretty accurate.
