Hello ! I love the phone so much but when i watch videos or just browsing the internet, phone gets pretty warm and i cant increase the brightness because of the high temperature.I usually keep the brightness at 60%.Yesterday i made a hard reset but no effect.I have the 32GB version and i have a sd card in it if it matters.
My g3 is released at the end of 2015 so it doesnt have the cracking issue, or the yellow spots, so im really thinking should i return it or no..I bought it online so i have to wait 30 days also..Whats your opinion ?

Well if you are in temp of 85f or more... It should be normal to heat up. You are not in the AC.

My brightness indoors (different screen, of course) is around 12%-15%. You might try turning yours down. (The LEDs [which is what you're controlling] can get pretty hot at 60%.)

So its normal to heat up when watching videos at 60% brightness or browsing the internet? I have friends with low end phones like lg l fino or lg leon and they have no heating problems even watching videos or browsing at 100% brightness.

What sort of temperature do you get?

I get about 63*C ( 145F*) when browsing. It is impossible to set the brightness to 100% for more than a minute.

My LG3 died due to overheating and eventually warped the battery and screen. I'm not a phone expert but I found it stayed cooler without a "data optimizer" seeking WiFi all the time. This app came from Sprint, keeping mobile data down, it tends to turn off by itself. Getting rid of apps not in use might be a place to start. When I first got my LG3 new, I didn't notice it got warm and my usage didn't change. It could be a sign of a worn battery.

As i said i made a hard reset and i still have the problem.I dont have any apps like data optimizer which come with the phone carrier. My battery is 5 months older(The phone too)

You guys need a new battery. The connector of the minus pole (=negative) doesn't connect well anymore causing the power controller board in the battery to demand more power. This will heat up the battery, CPU and power and volume buttons.
Because of the bad contact point the phone will also reboot as is the case for @aikanae:.

To fix the contact, you can solder it or just add something to press it together like in this picture.
