Lg g3/inserting larger sd/no pc

Hey,first thanks for even reading this.I need help going from 8 to 16GB SD card with out a computer,so how to do this and not lose any data.I know to move any app's back to phone by after that,Oh boy.Again thanks for any help!

It's very hard without pc. Just use pc.
