lg g3 no sound

hello,
my lg g3 dropped 2 days ago and since then the audio in the phone doesn't work, not the loud speaker, ear speaker nor headphones jack.
when im trying to put music there is often a crackling noises and a very low sound (from loud speaker or headphones).
im assuming its related to the motherboard, though there is a very low sound so maybe its a connectors problem

Hi

If a reboot doesn't solve your issue, then it would appear that your phone's audio has been physically damaged, with that said, you would need to take it to a service center for repair.
