LG G3 Wi-Fi Wont Turn On

[Android Central Question]

Hello! The Wi-Fi on my LG G3 wont turn on, every time I press the button to turn on the wifi is switches back to off. I've tried a few fixes even factory resetting it, now that I've factory reset it it wont even get out of the setup options because it needs Wi-Fi.
Can anyone help me with this?

Hmm I haven't tried safe mode, I was able to continue the setup but the WI-Fi still didn't work. However I found out that leaving my phone alone for about 10 - 30 minutes allows me to connect turn on the Wi-Fi ans connect to a Wi-Fi network. But it shuts off again when I start using an app and then I have to leave it alone for another 10-30 minutes.

Try safe mode like suggested to rule out 3rd party apps causing this .
