Lg g3 wifi just keep trying to turn on

I turned my wifi off yesterday to save battery life so it wasnt just searching and now when i try and turn it on it just keeps trying to turn on doesnt connect or anything. does anyone have any idea what to do?

I suppose you've tried a Power Off and Restart?

Yes and also factory reset it and nothing has worked
