Earlier today, I was on Facebook and my non-rooted LG G4 H815 (7months old) froze without warning. To try and fix this (it has happened before), I clicked the sleep button, and the screen turned off. Now, there is no response whatsoever. The battery is at 100%, but I am unable to turn it on or reset it in any way- the screen stays turned off whatever I do- I don't have the bootloop cycle some have been reporting. The phone is completely dead (or so it seems) even though it was working flawlessly just seconds before it froze. Does anyone have any advice- it is hard to believe my phone is just suddenly broken- I haven't done anything to it like water damage or anything like that and it is in near perfect condition. Thanks, Matt

That is what mine did, take the battery out of the phone for a little bit (about an hour or 2) and put it back in. When you turn the phone one you will find the "Grim Reaper" waiting for you with the gift that keeps on giving, the boot loop! Sorry, hate to break it to you, but it is dead. I have a sprint LS991 LG G4 and now i have a refurbished one because of that. I hope for your sake i am wrong but it seems like another G4 will R.I.P.
