minimal improvements 4hrs 38mins on 40% brightness until it reached 10% battery. still an improvement for me. constant all the way heavy usage games youtube browsing. knock code still a liitle bit unresponsive and they made it long too

For some reason, my knock code has gotten bad too. It wasn't bad before but now it's really annoying, especially with the mandatory six taps now.

I think I need to stop caring for the update. My G4 performs excellent today. And also only needs 4 knocks as opposed to 6 lol

Hopefully we see it soon! In the meantime I'll be excited for the G5!

I'm looking forward to the G5 myself...if it gets all the rumoured bells and whistles , I'll make the G4 my backup and Continue on with the G5 as my dd.

Yes, that happens, but just give it a few minutes and the Play Store will show you the update (or update it automatically if you have that turned on).

If you haven't received it OTA, try connecting your phone to your PC and use LG Bridge.

Smart Lock appears to be broken after 6.0

I use my Moto 360 as a trusted device to unlock my G4. Wont work all of a sudden, have to enter my pin every time. Irritating.

Mine as well. Well, I wouldnt say it's broken but it got a bug since MM.

When Smart Lock recognizes my face and unlocks my G4 (then I need to swipe) the swipe animation (like "Hula Hula") now SHOWS THE INTERIOR BLACK.

Before it used to show part of my homescreen and icons like this:

Now it's ALL DARK in the interior xD. Someone else with this issue?

I've tried this already. It gives me an error saying that my phone is up to date.

Have you tried extended batteries? You can find them on Amazon or EBay.

Take a look at the G4 forums, plenty wrong with the MM roll-out. On mine:
compromised battery life, by at least 1/3 less
hang up on wifi all the time
and a ton of irritating smaller issues that plague the device.

My advice to those who aren't getting an update with lg bridge, keep trying different countries at the beginning registration part. I initially tried Europe and then tried again with Taiwan which worked. I've had M on here for several months now and it's nearly flawless, battery life is expected to go down as the batteries age. We bought the G4 because it has a removable battery, why is everyone ******** when it takes 30 seconds to swap?

Side note, received the V20C update OTA last night, am I the first person in the US to receive it?? No information on the net about it anywhere.

What is LG Bridge? I'm guessing that it is something other than the update button in settings
