Just registered to say I have the exact same marks. Spoken to o2 who said they would swap it, then wouldn't, then would, then wouldn't, then said it was a known issue with the LG G4 and to speak to LG. I spoke to them who said it wasn't a known issue and no-one has ever reported it.
Went back to o2 and after much shouting and gnashing of teeth, they've finally agreed to replace it for me free of charge.
