Lg g4 screen stay black

What's up folks!?

Don't know if any of you is running the same issue as me, but I bought a screen protector (Tempered glass; for some reason can't post any URL). But it seems to get over 2 sensor/camera...

So yeah here is the issue: When I get a call and answer the phone and place near my ear the screen goes black and it stay black even if press the power/volume button the screen stay black.. If the person hang out the screen will get back.. any clue?

I don't feel like removing that screen protector if there's an solution!

I think it's your protector. Everyone I've seen (including my own tempered glass) leaves the camera and the proximity sensor (right of the camera) exposed. Hell, the protector that came with the phone was even like this

It's covering the proximity sensor. Removing it is your only option. Did you happen to install it reversed by accident? I have one on mine, and it has an offset cutout so it doesn't cover the proximity sensor or camera.

Thanks to both of you , I decided to remove it and it works perfectly now.

Awesome! If you still want a tempered protector, I use this one. It's great and has the cutout for the proximity sensor and camera.
