What good is 4 hrs sot if the phone still can't make it half the day without charging. Just skimming through some stats most don't Make it pass 12 hrs.

Not sure what you are seeing but mine makes it just fine. I'm currently at 4 hours SOT, 13.5 hours up time, still have 39% left.

Since late August I've averaged just shy of 4 hours SOT over almost 1.5 days per full charge according to Gsam.

Woow thats really impressive. How did you get that much SOT? Is that off a single full charge? If thats the case how did you achieve that?

I'm not sure about others but I don't play mobile games (never have), I use lux to control brightness, disabled anything that I'm able to/don't require.
I am conscious about killing apps like fb and fb messenger when they're not going to be used for a few hours.
My main uses are some social network apps, tapatalk, Web browsing (Ghostery browser), bit of texting, pictures now and then, listening to music (not streamed) for most of the work day.
Ps, this is the Canadian H812 model, stock, not rooted, running Nova for the launcher.

I'd say I have it anywhere from 10-50% depending on my environment

Did you keep Gsam installed? If so, it should have about 10 days of info on your battery stats. What is it saying your averages are now?

Yeah, I installed it on Oct 27th, and my screenshot of it is from yesterday Nov 11th.

That's up to you I guess. But you keep saying that your SOT is bad so I was just curious if you had updated stats but I guess not. The only screen shots you posted, Gsam was saying your average SOT was 5 hours.
