LG G5 AUX Static

I have the same phone and ever since I got it it's been doing the same thing anytime I plug my phone into the car. I even got a new aux cord and still The same thing. The only time I don't get static is when I'm in my music app and the pre-programmed song that LG had on there doesn't produce any static at all but every other song does

I was having this problem if no one has answered yet I shut if the HD option and wa la no more static!

how would u know if they are working on it.

are.u some sort of representaive.

they are not working on it. hence this thread. i called them agao 2 days ago and they said they have not had any reports of this so called issue.

the samenissues hundred of others are clearlybhaving asnper this thread.

so again... there is nothing wrong with me urging people to email or call them to lodge the problem.

not to mention. they have not dont any software updates yet so thats bad form.

the phone is for me. i never said it wasnt. just a bad flaw that no one enjoys hearing static on audio.

It's almost March in 2018. Nothing has changed. The best solution is probably get another phone brand, test it COMPLETELY before you pay or commit to any contract and do not trust anyone again. Going to the companies for solutions often does not work since manufacturers and clients tend to have no idea what is going on while an incredible amount of people online have the same issues.

That's just the way it is, unfortunately.
