I sure hope these phones are shipping with Android 7.1 as promised by LG. If not, I may send mine back as I don't want to have to wait for months to get that update from Verizon.

Since he works at PhoneDog I wouldn't doubt that he got it earlier due to that.

I do the same. I love new phone day regardless if it's me or not. Love seeing people get new phones and the excitement.

Just ordered mine. I managed to get T-Mobile to give me 2 day shipping for free. Well free as in I pay with my CC and I get the shipping fee credited to my account. It should be here on Wednesday.

I just signed up for JOD. I just asked that if free shipping was included with the G6, I would be tempted to order it. I've never paid for shipping since I joined T-Mobile 4 years ago. I either wait or asked for free shipping. I did have JOD back in the days. I guess it depends on the CSR if you get free shipping or not.

The CSR rep states that they can no longer over-ride shipping. Need supervisor to overide...and there needs to be a reason.
I was under the impression that you can only sign up for Jump and not Jump on demand anymore....??
It's very inconsistent and frustrating to the consumer. Oh well...

If you ask for free shipping they will give it to you. I always get free overnight shipping with every order

My rep told me the same thing. But she did say although she cannot override the shipping she could refund the shipping cost. So I did that.

I pre-ordered on Thursday through T-Mobile, first experience ordering over the phone with them, the rep was nice, it shipped on Saturday morning, next day air, I paid for it, was supposed to be delivered to my home today, but with it being rainy, nobody would be there to sign for it. I did a delivery change request with UPS to my work address, I thought I did it early enough, but apparently not, and now it won't be here till tomorrow. Lesson learned, I guess T-Mobile doesn't require a signature anyways, so I should have just left it alone. The rep did get the color wrong, even though I said black like 10 times during the order.

I wonder if at&t will give us the Nice LG box or their crappy blue and white generic box. Not that big of a deal but I do prefer the nice box as a phone junkie.

You will get the AT&T box .. I am 99.9% sure on that .. At least from their track record .

Anyone received a text stating that their att LG G6 has shipped?

I just received a text that said Good news! You order shipped earlier than expected.

I attempted to go on my att account and verify but there is not evidence there that it shipped.
