LG G6: Which color do you prefer? Ice Platinum or Black

I personally like the Platinum but the light frame and the black dead space between the frame and the lit screen drives me crazy so I am leaning towards getting the Black one. Already have a nice Black case for it.

I agree. I love the Ice Platinum but the light front frame draws too much attention to itself; so I have to go with the black.

My original idea was to purchase the Black one and get a skin, but I couldn't get past the image and presumed annoyance that constantly putting it in my pocket would damage the skin's edges and make the whole thing look cheap. So, Platinum for me, and a Ringke Air case on the way.

Air is a very very thin layer of plastic that offers zero protection against drops whereas the Fusion provides decent protection.

I didn't really want another black phone either, and was not too impressed with the platinum, until I saw it for real - pictures don't do it justice. Of course, that was out of stock so I ended up with black and I'm kind of glad because I prefer the all-black-front look. Wish they had the black front with more choices for the sides and back.

I preferred the black, but when playing with both colours, I realised how much of a fingerprint magnet the black one is. I don't plan on using a case and I will get tired of constantly having to buff it on my shirt to get rid of the smudges. So I went for the ice platinum and am happy nevertheless.

I wanted to buy G6 platinum color because it looks more attractive to the eye, until I watched on youtube benchmark comparison with G6 black color. Is the black color really faster than the platinum and how can that be?!

I had thought that I had already commented on this (I'm all over this G6 forum! Lool); but I definitely prefer the Ice Platinum. There's something so beautiful about it. Don't get me wrong, Black is nice too; but I prefer lighter phones and it's also more of a fingerprint magnet than its lighter-coloured counterpart.
