LG K20V Drops Incoming Cell Calls At Exactly 25 Seconds

[Android Central Question]

A Few Days Ago My Phone Started Dropping Incoming Calls From Other Cell Phones At Exactly 25 Seconds. Outgoing Calls Don't Bother And Incoming Calls From Landlines Don't Seem To Bother Either. Talked To Both Verizon & LG And Both Say Do A Factory Reset. Any Ideas?
