AC Question
When I first got my LG K4, as one would intuitively expect, if I missed a call or if I had an unread voice mail, there'd be clear visual indicators.
They're not any more, and in fact I have left vm's unread for a week or more because I had no visual indicator.
Today I tested the phone a couple times.
The first time I left a voice message from a landline. When I got to my phone I had to enter my code in the lock screen, and the lock screen indicated both a missed call, and showed the icon for the phone/contacts, and there was a red circle with a number 1 visible.
But when I entered my code and could access the phone, the red circle and the 1 were gone, although the unread vm was still there.
Then I called the phone, not locked, from a cell, and left a message and this time there was no visual indication on my phone that there was anything. If I navigated to voice mail (a pain on the phone: main screen > contacts/phone > dial > voice mails - yuck) the unread message was there, but nothing visible from the main screen.
How do I restore the red circle with the number, indicating unread voice mails?
