LG Lock Screen Question

When I navigate to the page with the lock screen options, only the 'PIN' and 'Password' choices are available. The rest of them have faded titles and read underneath, "Disabled by administrator, encryption policy. or credential storage". How do I change this? I would like to change my phone to have no lock screen. Thanks!

If you use your phone to access your company email such as Microsoft exchange, then you are out of luck. Some corporate admins require this level of security. There would have been a notification when the email account was set up on the phone.

Almost sounds like you are using an app like MobileIron or something similar.
