LG Marquee and Netflix

Does the LG Marquee support Netflix? I tried running, but it just kicks me back to the selection menu when I click on a movie.

Works fine for me. Just resumed a show I was watching on the Wii earlier.

In the past, when devices of mine had trouble I used this version:

Has some nice perks, like the ability to change screen orientation. But I actually didn't use it this time- I just installed the app from the market and it worked just fine. Maybe try that one and see if it helps you?

Still not working. When I select a movie it looks like it's getting ready to play (aka loading screen) then just boots me back out to the main menu.

Anyone else having this issue?

Also, some background info. I bought this phone used. Could the previous owner have done something to slow the performance? Like try to root it to run on a different carrier and mess something up?

Netflix on the Marquee has the sound a little out of sync most of the time for me. (using the market version of Netflix over wifi on a stock Marquee)
Now that I think about it, it might be a slow frame rate issue more than being out of sync.

Mine won't even start the movie. It just goes into the landscape loading screen, then gets kicked back to the portrait loading screen, before it goes back to the main menu.

Pretty sure there is something wrong with your setup then. Did you hard reset since getting it? Perhaps you should try flashing the dump from tcaudill01 (look in the thread about TrevE's cIQ app that bricked someone's phone). That should really restore your phone to stock.

As far as the sound being out of sync- I've noticed that on other android phones, especially if jumping around to a new location in the video, or when first loading.

Sometimes a quick pause/start clears that up. I haven't actually had it happen on the few times I tried it with the Marquee yet.
