LG noti-agent?

So i have the Optimus Q, i found the drivers i needed to connect my phone to my pc, and downloaded the support tool from LG, it finally hooked up after several tries. Now when i restart my computer i have a window pop up aying windows wouldnt run a program, when i click details it tells me its a LG Noti-agent.exe, what is this and does anybody else have this going on?

i beleive that is the lgmobile notification cliet for the support tools its located in

C:\ProgramData\LGMOBILEAX\B2C_Client

u can disable it from the msconfig>startup and comes up as

b2c Notiagent LGmobile application

what system are u running? i have win7 (64) and it runs but when i try to do anything with it it closes on me
