LG Optimus L - Making local bookmarks the default folder for the explorer browser?

Hi. When I access my bookmarks from Internet Explorer, The google bookmarks folder associated with my Google account always appears first with the LOCAL bookmarks appearing second. I always have to manually select the local bookmarks to access and use them. How can I delete the Google bookmarks folder or at least make my local bookmarks the default bookmarks folder which appears first?

If don't get any ideas here, I will look into some of the bookmarks organizer apps.

Any help on this one? I have the same problem, and the phone is L9 II.
