lg optimus one p500

I have lg optimus one p500 with android 2.2.2. May I update it to android 4... directly? If yes, how to do it? Please provide the step by step instractions. If not, do the same for the needed procedures. Thanks alot! Vikot. vsominsky at yahoo.com
