LG Spirit 4G LTE usb cable just charging, can't switch to data transfer

Hello everyone!

I've got an LG Spirit 4G LTE phone and even i plug the cable to the computer it's just charging and data transfer is not possible.

When i tap the notification screen there wasn't a charge phone button, like in this picture:

Is it possible to somehow change the charging into data transfer?

Ditto. Not all USB cables are created the same. Most charge and sync, but some cheap ones only charge, some only sync. If this is the OEM cable or one that used to sync, then the cable most likely went bad, which is common.
