LG Stylo 4 stuck on zoomed in lock/pin screen

[Android Central Question]

My mother in law has a stylo 4 that she isn't even done paying for yet from metro pcs. All of a sudden the lock screen and screen where you enter the PIN is so zoomed in you can't enter the PIN to get it and it says fingerprints cant be used. We tried here and the guys at the metro store tried to do a factory reset and the reset wont work. This was LGs solution too and of course it didnt work like I told them a million times. She can't afford a new phone she just bought the damn thing. Shes on disability and a limited income.

Help!y mother is having this problem and no.one has been able to help. That's 2 t.mobile stores and lg tech support as well as geek squad... Help.. factory reset wont work either cause we cant unlock the phone

If you cant unlock from factory reset , no one can help you on that .

I can boot it in safe mode

Yes it still does the same in safe mode. I can't get the screen to zoom out.
