LG Stylo 5 App trash doesn't show

So recently I deleted an app and accidently clicked "do not show" to my app trash is there anyway to bring it back?

Let's try that, go storage there clear data ,cache then back out to that page and tap force clelse

You can also go in settings >apps >tap 3 dots right top corner choose default apps and see what they call home launcher there

Long press a blank spot on your home screen. Along the bottom will be four options. They are, from left to right, widgets, wallpaper, home screen settings, app trash.

There's also a widget that will take you to your app trash.

I tripped over this answer when I changed my wallpaper a few minutes ago.
