LG Stylo 5 sound- how do I override silent mode?

I am trying to make so one particular app still makes a sound even when silent. I go into app and make sure alerts are on and go into phone settings-sound-do not disturb-app notifications (select apps that allow notification with sound) and I only see 2 apps listed there (neither of which I added). I don't see a way to add other apps from this screen. I tried testing and it only shows icon on screen when notification happens (no sound). What am I missing?

Long press that app then tap info and go to notifications should be option to override DND
