Impressive shot here. Did you use a zoom lens attachment or is this from the phone? And what are your settings?

Thank you and i use the phone zoom (max is 8x) that specific shot if not mistaken the settings were :
- Exposure 1/4000
- ISO 200 or so

Looking forward for tonight moon is going to be almost full i just hope not to get a cloudy night.

P.s. i wish i had a Zoom/Telescope lens Attachment, but now seen how good moon Pictures can get without it and now with zoom/telescope lens will turn pretty amazing.

You're welcome. Very cool. I always use the wrong exposure time but mainly trying impossibly to catch the stars as well. I'll have to give this a shot then next time we have a clear night. And I have never pushed the zoom to that level.

Foggy morning capture.

yeah is not that easy (without Zoom/Telescope Lens) to take a Moon picture with Stars, i'm still learning how to use the Manual mode.
this image is from last night and as you can tell was a little cloudy.

Just ordered an nd8 filter from Amazon this morning. I am excited to use it for more creative shots in both daylight and night photos. Gonna be fun.

Here's mine on a cloudy night. I don't have a problem with the detail being faint being that the moon is so far away. I think that's where we start asking for too much from sensors this small. I'll have to try again on a clear night. uploadfromtaptalk1451013939673.jpg

agree , we just need an Zoom Lens for far away object :D , in the other hand for a Mobile/Smartphone Device this are pretty impressive shots

Here's some pics from a Christmas Eve family get together. At lowered resolution...😳 I wish we could upload full size.
