LG V10 - Camera shots! Show us your pictures

That is wild. Never had that happen before but I'm glad T-Mobile responded quickly. I used the Q-remote feature last night for the first time and I think I might've sold my wife on the V10 too.

It's never actually happened to us before either. Other than that spot torn open, the rest of the box is impeccable but why chance it? Oh well...

Just got back from D.C. tonight. Ran out of two things: time and battery life.😳 I hope Marshmallow can improve in that area in some way. Using GPS destroyed the battery. Anyway, I got some nice shots. All manual and handheld except for the last three ones. These are also unedited but I'll post some cleaned up pics soon.uploadfromtaptalk1449380009223.jpguploadfromtaptalk1449380041230.jpguploadfromtaptalk1449380058851.jpguploadfromtaptalk1449380087585.jpguploadfromtaptalk1449380110190.jpguploadfromtaptalk1449380135273.jpguploadfromtaptalk1449380161168.jpguploadfromtaptalk1449380180310.jpguploadfromtaptalk1449380202742.jpguploadfromtaptalk1449380230303.jpguploadfromtaptalk1449380248048.jpguploadfromtaptalk1449380268182.jpg

yea.. the V10 really excels in low light handheld and long shutter speed. That is what I like the most so far. For everything else the 808 camera was superior... but the overall V10 package is just awesome.. I love it. Much more positive than negative..

To give you an idea of the power of the 808.. here is one of my oldest shots with my 808, back from 2012.. now if you are not impressed with the power of a 41mp sensor.. than nothing can impress you :)
I promise.. That will be the last 808 image i post in this thread!

That's why I'm holding on to hopes of a Snapdragon 820 powered Lumia 1050 with a more mature Windows 10 Mobile app ecosystem. Either way I think I'm going to stick with the V10 for at least two years to see how far things progress in two years. I've found it a joy in just about every situation I've thrown at it.

Shot I took at work. The only lights were that street light and basic string lights you see below. Shot on auto which decided to really pull in some light.

Here's a shot I took early the other morning using ProShot and then cropped an tweaked just a bit with Snapseed.

I took this shot with the stock camera app and with no post processing.

How does ProShot play with the V10? I already know about the limitations to the shutter speed but how is the processing? I tried the beta out with my old Xperia Z3 but because of the Camera2 API not being enabled, it was carp. Crashed all the time and I couldn't use any of the manual controls so it wasn't worth it for me.

I've got no complaints so far. I haven't really gone into the manual modes yet. Just some random shots here and there. I have experienced some weird screen flickering, but all my shots have come out OK.

Sounds promising. I'm reluctant to try it out given that the manual mode gives me everything I already want. I know ProShot does offer a few cool tweaks(at least it did on the Windows Phone version) that give you control over sharpening and saturation. And the HDR mode is a little more advanced given that it takes three exposures and stitches them together. But I know for a fact that long exposures are limited due to LG locking the APIs down. Can you try some controlled shots using the same manual settings in the stock camera and ProShot app so I can see the differences in the processing?
