Mine either.

But why the outrage? Come to accept that that's the norm.

T-Mobile is a sales organization, not a service organization, with respect to phones. Does the phone work on their network? Yes? Problem solved. If you, the customer, want the phone to do something else...then buy another phone that does what you want.

I don't expect T-Mobile ever to spend a dime worrying about a computer upgrade for the device. That's nothing but a pure expense to them, with very little return on that expense.

Either live with the phone as is, buy a new one, or move carriers to where you perceive you will get what you want. Or else buy a Nexus phone from the Google store, and know that you'll get updates for 18 months and no longer.

The end answer is to accept what they've given you, because they're ALL this bad.

Nexus phones only get updates for 18 months huh? Weird, the Nexus 5 got MM and it was released in 2013. Seems longer than 18 months to me.

And everyone should expect carriers to spend money pushing updates. They inserted themselves into the update chain and throw their bloatware right in our face. You don't think they pass on their expense to the consumer?

And there's more to updates than a 'computer upgrade'. There's always bug fixes and security patches that need to be pushed. Yet T-Mobile hasn't pushed a single update for this device.

Maybe TMO will redeem themselves and be the first to push out MM to the V10?... wishful thinking at least...

I wonder if the V10's second screen will mean slower android updates and no android N.

I'm not worrying about Android N. By that time, the V11 will probably be out with N pre-installed. Then, we'll have to choose between having N on the new phone or wait for it on the V10. LOL

I wouldn't count on the V11 shipping with N, especially if the launch window is the same.

N will launch by the end of summer which is Q3 and the V11 will probably be released in Q4 so probably N will be come out of the box
