LG V20 issues VerLIEzon won't t/s

[Android Central Question]

Even after a factory reset, No one in Tier 2 support nor LG support can seem to figure out HOW: to Get the numeric keypad to hold a long tone when dialing an automated prompt, and HOW to get Gmail notifications to work on all gmail accounts. Currently the only account that receives notifications is the primary account, and only when I am connected to wi-fi!
