It'll have the quad DAC, just a more basic equalizer setting. Having not been a fan of HTC's Boom Sound tuning, this doesn't bother me much.

Two different items....DAC is hardware and the B&O tuning is software

I said it wasn't getting the tuning never said it wasn't getting the headphones. The tuning is software related.

According to LG directly, everyone should be able to get the ear buds for a limited time, not specific carriers.

We haven't heard what Verizon is offering si we don't know if T-Mobile is the only one providing headphones. During the G5 promo Verizon was including 360 camera battery and charging cradle when some were just offering battery and cradle.
