Are you only looking for phone info? Have you tried the website?

Yes LG's customer service sucks!! everytime I called to ask a question I got the same old script.. then I ask to speak to a manager and I'd get nothing

For consumer product pre-sales information I'd never waste my time calling the manufacturer for answers to such questions. That's what the internet is for, and AC is a great place to get LG phone info!

Try calling Samsung, HTC, etc and let us know how that goes.

Are you sure you have the correct #? I had to call them a couple years ago for warranty on my lg tone bluetooth headset, and had no problem getting ahold of someone.

Worst. Service. Ever. I'm not kidding. I hate this damn phone and I'm stuck with it for 2 years.

Totally agree ..they are horrible..when I actually spoke to someone they could not answer the question so they hung up on me ..I like the phone but this may sway me back to apple

I have had poor customer service from numerous companies like Motorola, apple, Verizon... Unfortunately it is a problem with many large corporations.

Wait until you have to deal with Motorola CS if you buy directly from them.

Thank goodness for unlimited minutes and phone chargers. You'll need them.

Have yet to need to deal with LG directly myself though.

That's a premium apple users pay for--customer service. Just walk into an apple store and get your phone fixed. Maybe Google will come up with something to make the Android experience better with the vast amount of manufacturers there are.
