LGG4 Bootloop File Recovery?

So I recently bought a new LG G4 and i believe during an update it crashed and is stuck in a bootloop. I do not need help fixing as they have will be sending me a new one at no cost. What I want to know is that is there a way to recover the files (music, pictures, etc.) on it? I have about 1500 songs and most have not been backed up. I can't get it to read on my computer so need a different solution. Thank you!!
